When I first visited the property prior to beginning the project I understood that this could be a rare opportunity. The site may be one of the most spectacular in the Bay Area, overlooking Briones Regional Park with a view of Mount Diablo. Cerami Builders were fortunate enough to build this 6600 Sq ft beauty.

Sitting on 5-1/2 acres this house included 4000 sq ft of decks and almost a quarter acre of driveway and parking area pavers.
Features of the house include mountain views from all main rooms, access to an outdoor veranda from all main rooms, marble floors, marble countertops, PV solar, brown water recovery, and drought resistant landscaping.
